Tarvittavat varaosat yms. Öljyä 1,8 dl, o -rengas 11,2x1,8 ja tiiviste prikka 12x16x1,5.

Tarvittavat työkalut: Torx 50 (rengas irti) Torx 45 (tyhjennys roppu) 6 mm kuusiokolo avain (täyttö roppu) sekä momenttiavain.

O-renkaita ja prikat voi hakea autovaraosa liikkeestä, Etra, Tiivistekeskus. O renkaat materiaalit.

Tyhjennys ropussa magneetti jonne tulee rautaa joten hyvä puhdistaa. Tämän verran oli jo ajettu 8000 km peräremontin jälkeen. Öljyt on vaihettu nyt toisen kerran remontin jälkeen. Ensimmäinen öljynvaihto 200 km jälkeen remontin.

Change gearbox oil, warmed to normal operating temperature.

Draining oil from rear wheel drive

Remove oil drain plug (1) with O-ring (2).

Drain the oil.

Note

Move the motorcycle so that the oil drain bore is at the very bottom.

Check O-ring (2) for damage; replace if necessary.

Attention

Any mixture of oil, brake fluid and clutch fluid, even if the quantities involved are minute, can attack and damage seals.

Always use separate sets of syringes and hoses for the individual fluids, in order to avoid the risk of one fluid contaminating another.

Use syringe (No. 34 2 551) to inject the gear oil into the housing.
